Our client, a dynamic and growing interior design and interior architecture studio specializing in high-end residential and commercial projects, is seeking a highly skilled and technically strong Senior Project Execution Lead to join their team in Johannesburg. This is a critical hire within a founder-led business, created to bring structure, control, and consistency to project delivery while enabling continued growth. The role involves managing the full project lifecycle, from technical documentation through to procurement and final installation. The base salary starts from R30,000, depending on experience, with performance-based incentives linked to delivery and margin success.
The successful candidate will be hands-on and execution-focused, responsible for driving project delivery standards and strengthening technical and procurement processes. Key duties include managing budgets over R2 million, protecting project margins, and coordinating with suppliers and timelines. Key Requirements
Proven experience in a similar role within an interior design or interior architecture firm
Strong exposure to high-end residential and/or commercial projects
Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is essential
Demonstrated experience managing projects from technical stage through to installation
Solid understanding of procurement, supplier management, and logistics
Experience managing project budgets of R2 million and above
Highly organised, detail-driven, and commercially aware
Ability to work independently and take full ownership of projects
Technically rigorous with strong attention to detail
Structured, reliable, and solutions-oriented approach to project management
