DEPUTY CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER (DCEO) @ REDENVELOPE
Redenvelope is seeking a strategic and highly experienced Deputy Chief Executive Officer (DCEO) to join our executive leadership team in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. The DCEO will be responsible for overseeing core investment operations, guiding asset management strategies, and navigating complex capital market transactions to ensure organizational growth and institutional success. Key Requirements
8+ years of experience in Investment Management, Asset Management, Capital Markets, or Investment Banking
Minimum 2 years in a senior leadership or executive role
Strong expertise in portfolio management and asset allocation
Proven experience in executing complex capital market transactions
Knowledge of pension fund regulations and institutional governance
Master's degree, CFA, or CAIA qualification is highly preferred
Proven ability to lead large cross-functional teams in the financial services sector
Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and strategic planning
Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
Deep understanding of global and African capital market frameworks
