SYSTEMS ANALYST (DATA) @ RED MPS
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Systems Analyst (Data) to join a leading organization within the banking industry in South Africa. The successful candidate will be part of a high-impact enterprise transformation program, focusing on data governance, metadata management, and solution architecture alignment. This role is offered as a 12-month contract based in Pretoria, ideal for professionals who thrive in complex and regulated environments.
The role requires a highly analytical professional with a passion for enterprise data and system integration. You will be responsible for data flow mapping and ensuring that data solutions align with the broader enterprise architecture. Candidates should possess advanced technical skills in SQL and Oracle, alongside familiarity with Adabas and Natural environments to effectively drive transformation initiatives within the banking sector.

Key Requirements
Strong Systems Analysis and Business Analysis experience.
Advanced Oracle and SQL expertise.
Knowledge of Adabas and Natural environment.
Proficiency in Data Governance and Metadata Management.
Experience with Solution Architecture alignment.
Capability in Enterprise Data Analysis and Data Flow Mapping.
Minimum 5 years of experience in application analysis, architecture, or design.
Tertiary Qualification (NQF 6), Degree (NQF 7), or Honours Degree (NQF 8) in a relevant field.
Experience working within complex, regulated financial or banking environments.
Familiarity with TOGAF or formal enterprise architecture certifications.
Strong analytical skills for driving meaningful transformation initiatives.
