Key Requirements
5-8 years of marketing experience in FMCG, QSR, retail, or consumer businesses.
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Commerce, Business, or related field.
Extensive experience in both traditional (offline) and digital marketing strategies.
Strong understanding of branding, promotions, and consumer marketing principles.
Proven track record of a hands-on and execution-focused approach to marketing.
Excellent communication and analytical skills for data-driven decision making.
Ability to manage multiple international brands and priorities simultaneously.
Proficiency in social media marketing, email marketing, and WhatsApp marketing.
Experience with e-commerce platforms and delivery service marketing.
Proven ability to manage marketing budgets and evaluate campaign performance.
Experience coordinating with internal management teams and external creative agencies.
