Red Envelope is seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Business Unit Head – Fleet Operations to lead a large-scale fleet operation in Arusha, Tanzania. A key aspect of this role involves leveraging advanced monitoring technologies such as GPS, CCTV, and telematics to enhance fleet efficiency and implement continuous operational improvements. The ideal candidate will possess 10-15+ years of extensive experience in fleet and transport operations, bringing a wealth of knowledge and a proactive approach to problem-solving and strategic development in a demanding environment.
