ACCOUNTS OFFICER – MIS & FINANCIAL REPORTING @ RED ENVELOPE
Red Envelope is currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Officer to join our team in Arusha, Tanzania. This role focuses on MIS and financial reporting, playing a vital part in maintaining the financial integrity of our manufacturing operations. You will be responsible for overseeing complex financial data, ensuring accurate record-keeping, and providing management with actionable insights through regular reporting.

Key Requirements
Manufacturing industry experience
Hands-on experience with Tally ERP/Prime
BOM Entries, Purchase Entries & Tally Entries
Strong experience in Reconciliation, MIS & Financial Reporting
Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, SUMIF, Pivot Tables, etc.)
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks
Knowledge of local tax regulations and financial compliance
Effective communication skills for inter-departmental collaboration
