The Technical (Maintenance) Engineer will be responsible for the efficient operation and upkeep of advanced blown film extrusion lines, specifically focusing on Windmöller & Hölscher (W&H) machinery. This role involves both routine maintenance and complex troubleshooting of mechanical or electrical systems to ensure minimal downtime and maximum production efficiency. The successful candidates will work within a leading plastic packaging manufacturing environment in Tanzania, providing technical support and training to the production team to foster continuous improvement and high-quality output.

Key Requirements
5–10 years of hands-on experience in blown film extrusion lines.
Strong technical knowledge of Windmöller & Hölscher (W&H) extrusion machinery.
Excellent troubleshooting and maintenance skills for industrial equipment.
Extensive professional experience in the plastic packaging industry.
A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (BE/BTech) in either Mechanical or Electrical fields.
Ability to perform complex electrical circuit diagnosis and repairs.
Proficiency in mechanical system overhauls and preventative maintenance schedules.
Strong understanding of industrial safety protocols and standards.
Proven ability to train and mentor production teams on technical operations.
Demonstrated track record of improving production efficiency and equipment performance.
