ESG MANAGER @ RECRUITMENT MATTERS
The ESG Manager at Recruitment Matters plays a pivotal role in leading the company's environmental, social, and governance strategy. Key Requirements
Degree in Environmental, Social Science, or a related field.
5+ years' ESG or sustainability experience.
ESG reporting, audit, and project management experience.
Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
In-depth knowledge of global ESG frameworks (e.g., GRI, SASB, TCFD) and regulatory landscape.
Proven ability to develop and implement ESG policies and initiatives.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage diverse stakeholders.
