REGIONAL SALES MANAGER @ RECRUITMENT MATTERS AFRICA

Key Requirements
Degree in Business, Sales, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of sales leadership experience with team management responsibility
Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
Strong commercial acumen, leadership, and relationship management skills
Experience in developing and executing regional sales strategies
Ability to lead, coach, and motivate high-performing sales teams
Experience in building and maintaining strong client and partner relationships
Proficiency in analyzing market trends and competitor activity
Strong collaboration skills to work with internal teams to support growth
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
