Key Requirements
Minimum 5 years' experience in a sales leadership role with team management.
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales and revenue targets.

Transport or logistics industry experience is advantageous.
Excellent analytical and decision-making skills.
Experience in talent acquisition and performance coaching.
Strong negotiation skills to close large-scale regional deals.
