The candidate will be based in Arusha and will play a critical role in coordinating the purchase, loading, delivery, and stock management of construction materials and site supplies. This role requires seamless coordination between the Arusha base and the project site to ensure project timelines are met.
The successful candidate will be responsible for purchasing construction items, ensuring correct loading into supply vehicles, and coordinating with the Serengeti-based Store Keeper to confirm receipts. Additionally, the coordinator will maintain precise stock records, monitor inventory movements, and prepare comprehensive procurement reports for management. Key Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Procurement, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in procurement, stock control, logistics, or construction supply coordination.
Experience handling construction materials and site supply operations is highly preferred.
Strong organizational and record management skills.
Good communication and coordination abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Computer literacy and experience in data management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for maintaining inventory and stock records.
