Recruitment Grande is looking for a skilled professional to fill the dual role of Electrician and Electronics Engineer based in Dar es Salaam. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and resolving various electrical and electronic challenges within the company while simultaneously managing and supporting sales activities. This position requires a unique blend of technical hands-on ability and commercial awareness to drive company success. Starting salary for this role is TZS 500,000 per month. Candidates will be expected to provide high-quality technical support and ensure all electrical systems are operating efficiently. Furthermore, you will be tasked with building and maintaining client relationships, providing technical product explanations to potential customers, and ensuring sales targets are met through expert knowledge of the electrical components and systems handled by the company. This is a dynamic role suited for an individual looking to leverage their engineering background in a business-oriented environment.
Key Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering
Minimum of 1 year of sales experience
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to diagnose and resolve complex electrical challenges
Proven ability to support and manage sales activities
Technical proficiency in electrical and electronic systems
Demonstrated experience in customer relationship management
Strong attention to detail and safety protocols
Capability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
