Recruit Holdings is seeking a highly experienced Director of IT Infrastructure to lead the development and management of IT infrastructure, cloud services, and enterprise systems for a rapidly growing organization in Dubai. This high-level executive role involves building robust enterprise IT capabilities and offers significant board-level strategic exposure. The position offers a competitive compensation package between $180,000 and $260,000 per year.

Key Requirements
Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT leadership roles.
Extensive GCC multi-site experience is mandatory.
Proven expertise in managing IT infrastructure and enterprise systems.
Strong team management and leadership skills with experience in directing large technical teams.
In-depth knowledge of cloud computing platforms and migration strategies.
Ability to present and communicate effectively at the board and executive levels.
Experience in strategic planning and building enterprise-level IT capabilities.
Solid understanding of technical architecture and infrastructure design.
Proficiency in managing complex IT budgets and vendor relationships.
