CHIEF COMMERCIAL OFFICER (CCO) @ RECRUIT HOLDINGS
Recruit Holdings is currently seeking a visionary and results-driven Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to lead our commercial strategy, revenue growth, and business development across the GCC region. Based in the dynamic hub of Dubai, UAE, the CCO will be a pivotal member of the executive team, providing board-level strategic influence to drive multi-market revenue growth. This senior executive role is designed for a professional who can navigate the complexities of international markets and forge powerful commercial partnerships. The salary offered for this position is between $220,000 and $350,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. The successful candidate will oversee all commercial activities, ensuring that the organization remains competitive and continues to expand its footprint in the GCC. This includes developing and executing long-term growth plans, managing cross-functional teams, and optimizing revenue streams. Key Requirements
At least 10 years of extensive experience in senior commercial leadership roles.
Proven track record of managing multi-country commercial operations, preferably in the GCC.
Strong negotiation and high-level leadership skills with a results-oriented mindset.
Ability to exert strategic influence at the board level and contribute to overall business goals.
Demonstrated success in driving multi-market revenue growth and expanding business footprint.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for high-level stakeholder management.
Strong financial acumen and experience with budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Deep understanding of the economic and regulatory environment in the UAE and Middle East.
Ability to lead and inspire large, diverse teams in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
