Recroot AFRICA is recruiting for a fast-growing EdTech learning and teaching Hub based in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, dedicated to empowering the next generation through innovative STEM education. The STEM Trainer will be responsible for delivering interactive STEM lessons, guiding students through practical activities, and creating a stimulating learning environment that nurtures curiosity and innovation. The trainer must facilitate coding workshops, robotics activities, and science experiments while monitoring student progress and providing constructive feedback. The ideal candidate will be energetic, confident, and patient, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for students aged 7-18 years. You will also participate in professional development activities and support company-organized events and STEM showcases.

Key Requirements
Strong passion for STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics).
1 to 3 years of experience teaching science subjects to children.
Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts simply.
Patient, energetic, and confident personality with strong classroom management skills.
Ability to work effectively with children and teenagers aged 7 to 18.
Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work independently.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
Flexible and willing to learn new teaching methodologies and emerging technologies.
Demonstrated growth mindset and openness to feedback and continuous improvement.
Experience in facilitating hands-on projects such as coding workshops or robotics activities.
