PROCUREMENT MANAGER @ RECROOT AFRICA
Recroot Africa is seeking a dynamic and strategic Procurement Manager on behalf of a leading provider of integrated print, branding, and communication solutions across East Africa. This role is pivotal in overseeing the full spectrum of procurement activities, ensuring that the production environment remains agile and efficient through expert sourcing, inventory coordination, and supplier management. The successful candidate will be a key player in maintaining the operational continuity of a fast-paced production setting.
The manager will take charge of sourcing high-quality materials and equipment, negotiating favorable pricing and delivery terms, and monitoring inventory levels to prevent production delays. By building and maintaining strong relationships with global and local suppliers, the Procurement Manager will ensure that all branding and marketing projects are supported by a reliable supply chain. This position requires a professional who can align procurement processes with organizational financial goals while maintaining high attention to detail under pressure.

Key Requirements
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a marketing agency, advertising company, or printing industry.
Strong experience in strategic procurement, sourcing, and supplier negotiations.
Deep understanding of printing materials, branding production, or marketing-related procurement processes.
Excellent organizational, analytical, and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage vendor relationships and monitor inventory levels efficiently.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work under high pressure and tight deadlines.
Proven ability to prepare procurement reports and monitor purchasing trends for management.
Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Proficiency in using procurement software and inventory management systems.
Demonstrated ability to align procurement strategies with financial and operational objectives.
