Recroot Africa is seeking an Operations Manager to focus on the Mining Procurement Industry. You will manage the end-to-end procurement process, oversee vendor relationships, and ensure that all mining supplies are delivered on time and within budget.

Key Requirements
Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Engineering
Experience in mining procurement or heavy industry
Strong knowledge of international procurement standards
Advanced proficiency in Excel and ERP software
Ability to negotiate complex contracts
Strong leadership and decision-making skills
Deep understanding of safety standards in mining
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Analytical mindset for cost reduction initiatives
Effective communicator with stakeholders and vendors
