ENGINEER CUM FOREMAN (HOTEL CONSTRUCTION) @ RECROOT AFRICA
We are seeking a skilled Engineer Cum Foreman to oversee construction and finishing works for our hotel projects in Zanzibar. You will be responsible for supervising daily site activities, coordinating labor and subcontractors, and ensuring that all work is completed according to project specifications, drawings, and timelines.
The successful candidate will prioritize quality control and site health and safety standards. You must be able to lead teams effectively and troubleshoot construction challenges on-site while providing regular updates to management regarding project progress.

Key Requirements
Proven experience as an Engineer or Foreman
Building construction background required
Technical qualification in civil or construction fields
Strong site execution and leadership skills
Excellent problem-solving capabilities
Experience with hotel construction projects
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
Knowledge of health and safety standards
Effective communication with subcontractors
Proficiency in project reporting
