The Building Manager will oversee the daily maintenance and operational efficiency of our facilities. Your responsibilities include managing utility usage, supervising cleaning and technical staff, ensuring health, safety, and environment (HSE) compliance, and liaising with external contractors for repairs.
You will prepare operational reports and manage budgets to ensure that the facility is maintained to the highest standards. The role requires a professional with a strong background in facility management who can lead diverse teams and resolve maintenance issues effectively.

Key Requirements
4-6 years of facility or building management experience
Proven background in repair and maintenance management
Experience in utility log management
Demonstrated staff supervision experience
Strong leadership and communication skills
Proficient in MS Office suite
Flexibility with working hours
Knowledge of HSE protocols
Experience in managing vendor and contractor relationships
Strong budgeting and reporting capabilities
