SOLAR PROJECT MANAGER @ RECRCOT AFRICA
Recrcot AFRICA is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solar Project Manager to lead the design, engineering, procurement, and commissioning of solar power projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project lifecycles from initial planning through to final execution and handover, ensuring all technical and safety standards are met. You will act as a key coordinator between technical teams, suppliers, and stakeholders to deliver efficient solar energy solutions.
The role requires a professional with a proven track record in handling solar systems with a capacity of at least 250kW. Key Requirements
Proven experience in design, engineering, and procurement for solar projects
Strong capability in overall project management and commissioning
Must have successfully handled a minimum 250kW capacity solar system
Good understanding of generator synchronization
Strong coordination, technical, and problem-solving skills
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field
Proficiency in project management tools and solar design software (e.g., PVsyst)
Experience in managing multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors
Knowledge of international and local electrical safety standards
Excellent communication and technical reporting skills
