Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Wood Technology, Production Management, or a related field
2-3 years of proven experience in furniture manufacturing, woodworking, or a similar production environment
Strong leadership and team management capabilities
Comprehensive knowledge of manufacturing processes and machinery
Proficiency in quality management systems and standards
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to analyze production data and implement improvements
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
