HR & LEGAL ASSOCIATE @ RECRCOT AFRICA
Recrcot AFRICA is seeking a highly competent and detail-oriented HR & Legal Associate to join their growing and dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive practical support across various human resources functions as well as managing legal and compliance matters within the organization. This role involves a blend of HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and contract management, alongside critical legal support tasks such as monitoring regulatory changes and ensuring corporate compliance.
The HR & Legal Associate will act as a liaison between the company and external stakeholders, including lawyers and government authorities. Key responsibilities include managing employee relations, addressing grievances, and maintaining accurate employee records. A strong focus will be placed on adhering to Tanzanian labor laws and statutory requirements like NSSF, WCF, and PAYE. Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Law, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Up to 3 years of relevant professional experience in HR and/or legal functions.
Strong knowledge of Tanzanian labor laws and legal compliance frameworks.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
A proactive professional capable of managing HR processes efficiently.
Sound judgment, integrity, and the ability to work independently.
A team player with strong interpersonal skills to coordinate with stakeholders and government authorities.
