Key Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Accounting & Finance.
Diploma in Accounting is also acceptable for the trainee role.
Must be a recent graduate looking to start a career in finance.
Good spoken English and effective communication skills.
Strong interest in finance, accounting, and investment markets.
Basic understanding of financial statements and reporting standards.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
High level of integrity and professional ethics in handling financial data.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
Proactive attitude and a strong willingness to learn new concepts.
Understanding of the Dar es Salaam Stock Exchange operations is an advantage.
