You will be responsible for identifying investment opportunities, presenting projects to potential buyers, and closing deals in a competitive environment. The successful candidate will demonstrate a deep understanding of current and upcoming projects in Dubai. You will work closely with developers and investors to ensure a seamless sales process while maintaining the high service standards associated with our brand. Key Requirements
Proven experience as a Property Advisor specifically within the Dubai off-plan sector.
Deep understanding of the Dubai real estate market trends and developer portfolios.
Excellent communication and persuasive negotiation skills.
Strong network of potential investors and property buyers.
Ability to work under pressure and meet monthly sales targets.
Proficiency in using CRM systems to manage leads and follow-ups.
Professional attitude with a high level of integrity and transparency.
Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is an advantage.
Up-to-date knowledge of UAE property laws and RERA regulations.
Valid UAE driving license and personal vehicle for client meetings.
