Realtor Sultan is seeking disciplined and energetic Property Sales Executives to join its commercial launch team at the prestigious GTC in Nairobi. This role is central to our property sales strategy, requiring professionals who can effectively generate leads, manage the sales pipeline, and convert prospects into property buyers. You will be part of a strong in-house team focused on achieving front office excellence and property sales success in a premium real estate environment.
As a member of our sales force, you will be responsible for conducting calls, managing follow-ups, and leading site tours for potential clients. You will present detailed unit pricing and investment opportunities while closing sales and supporting the reservation process. Key Requirements
Must be a University Graduate (Graduates Only).
Must have prior proven sales experience.
Real estate/property sales experience is highly preferred.
Ability to generate leads and convert prospects into buyers.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident and persuasive personality with a sales-driven mindset.
Proven ability to sell and consistently hit revenue targets.
Experience in conducting site visits and client tours.
Capability to present unit pricing and investment opportunities clearly.
Ability to build and maintain strong referral networks.
