SECURITY SUPERVISOR (3 POSITIONS) @ REALSTAR SECURITY
Realstar Security Tanzania is hiring 3 qualified English-speaking Security Supervisors to manage and strengthen our security operations. The successful candidates will be tasked with supervising guard personnel, coordinating site security, and ensuring strict compliance with operational protocols and client expectations.
This role requires a leader capable of conducting site inspections, managing risk assessments, and maintaining detailed incident reports. You will play a crucial role in mentoring security staff and acting as a primary liaison between our clients and management, ensuring that our reputation for excellence and vigilance is maintained at all times.

Key Requirements
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Minimum O-level education; A-level or higher is preferred
Valid Security Guard License (G4 or G5)
At least 2 years of experience as a Security Supervisor
Strong leadership and team management capabilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in technical report writing
Proven integrity, discipline, and ability to work under pressure
Physical stamina and high situational awareness
Commitment to company policies and SOP compliance
