Realstar Security is seeking 30 dedicated, disciplined, and reliable Security Guards to join our professional team in Dar es Salaam. The ideal candidates will be responsible for maintaining safety, patrolling premises, and ensuring the protection of our clients' assets. Key Requirements
Must be a Tanzanian Citizen
Passed O'Level or equivalent education
Good character and disciplined professional conduct
Fluent in English (Speaking and Understanding)
Recommended height between 5.7 ft and 6.2 ft
Possession of a Letter of Recommendation from Street Government (Mtaa)
Trained with Police Jamii, JKT (National Service), or Magambo
Physically and medically fit with supporting certificates
Aged between 20 - 35 years
Ability to work in shifts and maintain high vigilance
