OFFSHORE HSE OFFICERS (10 POSITIONS) @ REACH ENERGY
Reach Energy is currently hiring 10 Offshore HSE Officers to support our urgent offshore operations in the UAE. These positions are specifically designated for candidates with hands-on experience in barge or offshore settings who can start immediately. The role offers an initial contract of 3 to 4 months, with potential extensions reaching up to 6 months depending on the project's evolving needs and success.
As an Offshore HSE Officer, your primary duty will be to monitor daily operations to ensure all crew members adhere to safety protocols and regulatory standards. You will be responsible for verifying permits, conducting safety drills, and assisting the HSE Engineer in maintaining a safe working environment. Key Requirements
Mandatory prior experience working in offshore or barge-based environments.
Must be available for immediate mobilization to the project site in UAE.
Recognized certification in Health and Safety such as NEBOSH IGC or equivalent.
Current and valid offshore survival training certificates (BOSIET/HUET).
Strong understanding of permit-to-work (PTW) systems and offshore safety procedures.
Ability to facilitate toolbox talks and safety induction programs for crew members.
Experience in monitoring compliance with environmental and occupational health standards.
Proficiency in maintaining HSE records and preparing detailed daily safety reports.
Ability to work effectively in a multicultural team environment at sea.
Proactive mindset towards hazard spotting and incident prevention protocols.
