OFFSHORE HSE ENGINEERS (4 POSITIONS) @ REACH ENERGY
Reach Energy is urgently seeking experienced Offshore HSE Engineers to join our operations in the UAE. This role is critical for ensuring the highest safety standards are maintained on offshore barges and project sites. The initial contract duration is set for 3 to 4 months, with a strong possibility of extension up to 6 months based on project requirements and performance. Candidates must be prepared for immediate mobilization to meet project timelines.
The selected candidates will be responsible for overseeing all HSE activities, implementing safety management systems, and ensuring compliance with local and international offshore regulations. You will lead safety meetings, conduct regular site inspections, and manage emergency response procedures. This is a high-impact role requiring technical expertise and a proactive approach to hazard identification and mitigation in a challenging offshore environment. Key Requirements
Prior experience in offshore environments or barge operations is mandatory.
Immediate availability to join the project on an urgent basis.
Possession of a relevant engineering degree or equivalent higher HSE qualifications.
Valid offshore safety certifications such as BOSIET, FOET, or HUET.
In-depth knowledge of international HSE standards and offshore safety protocols.
Proven ability to conduct comprehensive risk assessments and safety audits.
Strong leadership skills to supervise safety practices across the offshore platform.
Excellent communication skills in English for technical reporting and coordination.
Proficiency in incident investigation and root cause analysis (RCA) techniques.
Physical fitness and medical clearance to work in demanding offshore environments.
