HOUSEKEEPING ATTENDANT (01 POSITION) @ RAMADA DOWNTOWN DUBAI
Ramada Downtown Dubai is currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant to join our hospitality team in providing exceptional service to our guests. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of guest rooms and public areas, ensuring that all standards of hygiene and presentation are met at all times. This role involves a variety of tasks including dusting, vacuuming, changing linens, and replenishing amenities to create a welcoming environment for every visitor. As a key member of the housekeeping department, you will play a vital role in upholding the reputation of our establishment. You will work closely with other team members to ensure efficient room turnovers and respond promptly to guest requests or inquiries. The ideal candidate should be proactive, able to work independently, and committed to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced hotel environment. Candidates must be currently residing in the UAE to be considered for this position.
Key Requirements
Must be currently residing in the United Arab Emirates.
Proven experience as a Housekeeping Attendant or in a similar cleaning role within the hospitality industry.
Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for long periods.
Strong attention to detail to ensure rooms meet high cleanliness standards.
Excellent time management skills to complete assigned rooms within designated timeframes.
Good communication skills in English to interact with guests and team members.
Knowledge of various cleaning chemicals and equipment usage.
A positive attitude and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays.
Professional appearance and adherence to hotel grooming standards.
