Ramada Resort Dar es Salaam is looking for a reliable General Cashier responsible for managing cash transactions, processing guest payments, and maintaining accurate financial records. The successful candidate will ensure that all financial transactions are handled with precision, integrity, and strict adherence to hotel security protocols.
Beyond transactional tasks, the General Cashier will provide support to the finance department by preparing daily reports and resolving billing discrepancies. This role is essential for maintaining efficient front-of-house operations and requires someone with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing excellent service to our guests.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
2–3 years of experience as a cashier or in an accounting support role.
Proficiency with POS systems and digital cash registers.
High level of integrity and professional ethics.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy with numbers.
Capability to work under pressure during peak operational hours.
Strong interpersonal skills for guest interaction.
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Competence in computer applications such as Excel.
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality regarding financial data.
