We are seeking a talented and creative UX/UI Designer for Product & Digital Platforms to join a network of digital companies actively hiring designers to improve product experience and user engagement. In this role, you will be responsible for creating intuitive, aesthetically pleasing, and highly functional digital interfaces that resonate with users and meet business objectives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate user needs into design solutions that drive engagement and satisfaction across various digital touchpoints.
This position offers a competitive salary range in the USA from $90,000 to $150,000 per year. As a key member of the design team, you will participate in the entire design lifecycle, from initial research and wireframing to final hand-off to the development team. Key Requirements
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Adobe XD
Extensive experience in user research and wireframing techniques
A strong professional portfolio showcasing previous UX/UI work is required
Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices
Expertise in creating interactive prototypes and high-fidelity mockups
Strong knowledge of typography, layout, and color theory for digital platforms
Ability to conduct and analyze usability testing to iterate on designs
Experience collaborating with product managers and software developers
Excellent communication skills for presenting design concepts to stakeholders
Solid understanding of responsive design and mobile-first methodologies
