DATA ANALYST AND REPORTING @ RADIO MARIA
Radio Maria Tanzania is seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst and Reporting specialist to join our Fundraising Department. The successful candidate will be based at our headquarters in Dar es Salaam and will play a critical role in managing, analyzing, and reporting on our fundraising activities and donor data. You will provide the National Fundraiser with accurate and timely insights that drive decision-making and ensure we meet our strategic fundraising targets.
This position is responsible for the overall maintenance and optimization of all Fundraising Management Information Systems. You will be expected to produce comprehensive performance reports, identify trends, and support the growth of our supporter base through data-driven strategies. The ideal candidate will thrive in a faith-based media environment and demonstrate a high level of integrity and professional diligence in data handling.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
Proven experience in data analysis and report generation.
Proficiency in database management systems and SQL.
Strong skills in data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency including pivot tables and macros.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Swahili.
Experience with CRM software and donor management systems.
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and data integrity.
Strong organizational skills and ability to meet strict deadlines.
