The successful candidate will play a critical role in maintaining financial records, ensuring tax compliance in both Tanzania Mainland and Zanzibar, and supporting the company's operational growth across the region. Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration majoring in Accounting.
Minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience in accounting or finance.
Solid knowledge of IFRS/IAS accounting standards.
Proven proficiency in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks or Tally Prime.
Expertise in taxation matters applicable to Tanzania Mainland and Zanzibar.
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and robust analytical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Awareness or prior experience in maritime, shipping, or logistics sectors.
CPA certification is considered an added advantage.
