RADDY FIBER MANUFACTURING TANZANIA LTD is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Procurement & Supply Chain Manager. The successful candidate will oversee the entire procurement lifecycle, ensuring efficient supply chain operations, cost-effective sourcing, and robust vendor management to support our manufacturing production goals. This role is pivotal in maintaining high standards of inventory control and logistics management across our Tanzanian facilities.
In this position, you will be responsible for developing strategic sourcing initiatives, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline procurement processes. We are looking for a proactive leader who can optimize our supply chain network, reduce operational risks, and contribute to the company's overall efficiency and growth in the fiber manufacturing sector.

Key Requirements
Bachelor degree in Procurement & Supply Chain or relevant field
Experience of not less than 3 years in Procurement & Supply Chain
Strong leadership, negotiation and supply chain management skills
Proficiency in ERP software and procurement systems
Proven ability to manage supplier relationships and contracts
In-depth knowledge of local and international supply chain regulations
Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for internal and external coordination
Ability to manage multi-site logistics and distribution networks
High level of integrity and professional ethical standards
