Key Requirements
Diploma or technical certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, Power, or Energy Engineering.
3-5 years of experience operating large generators in a 24/7 power generation environment.
Skilled in generator startup, shutdown, monitoring, and load management.
Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve operational issues efficiently.
Strong understanding of safety protocols and procedures in power generation.
Ability to perform routine maintenance and inspections on mechanical and electrical systems.
Excellent communication skills for reporting and team collaboration.
Capability to work effectively in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
Technical proficiency in interpreting schematics and operational manuals.
