COMPENSATION & BENEFITS COORDINATOR @ RADAR RECRUITMENT
Radar Recruitment is seeking a dedicated Compensation & Benefits Coordinator to manage and optimize our compensation and benefits programs. The ideal candidate will hold a degree in Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, or a related field, complemented by a professional registration such as CPA Certification, and a minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience in a similar capacity. You will be responsible for ensuring that our C&B strategies are competitive, compliant, and aligned with our organizational goals.

Key Requirements
Degree in HR, Finance, Accounting or related field.
Professional registration: CPA Certification.
Minimum of 5 years' working experience in compensation and benefits or related HR/Finance roles.
Proven experience in compensation analysis and salary benchmarking.
Strong knowledge of benefits administration, including health, retirement, and other employee programs.
Familiarity with HRIS and payroll systems.
Excellent data analysis skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Understanding of relevant labor laws and compliance requirements.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
