Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
Proven experience in infrastructure development or construction projects.
Strong proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Ability to conduct feasibility studies and site assessments.
In-depth knowledge of local and international engineering standards and building codes.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Effective communication skills for collaboration with teams and stakeholders.
Ability to supervise construction activities and ensure quality control.
Commitment to health, safety, and environmental regulations on site.
