CUSTOMER ONBOARDING SPECIALIST @ R2 RECRUITMENT SERVICES
A Customer Onboarding Specialist is required for our Lagos operations to manage the initial stages of the customer journey. You will be responsible for guiding new clients through the setup process, ensuring they understand our services and products while maintaining accurate transaction records. This specialized role is key to long-term customer retention and satisfaction. The salary range for this Lagos position is ₦100,000 to ₦160,000 monthly. The role requires a high degree of technical aptitude and communication skill to simplify complex information for new users. Recruitment for this position is scheduled to conclude with onboarding starting around June 1st. You will work closely with the sales and support teams to provide a unified experience for every new customer in the Lagos region.
Key Requirements
University degree (B.Sc) or Higher National Diploma (HND)
Strong background in customer success or onboarding
Excellent interpersonal and teaching skills
Minimum of 2 years relevant experience
Ability to use CRM systems effectively
Superior attention to detail during the data entry process
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple client setups
Excellent written communication for instructional emails
Patience and ability to troubleshoot client issues
Fluency in English for professional correspondence
