SALESFORCE PROJECT MANAGER @ QUADRANT SYSTEMS
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Project Manager for a 12-month contract opportunity based in Johannesburg. This role is central to leading and owning the end-to-end delivery of global Salesforce implementations, utilizing modern Agile methodologies and cutting-edge, AI-enabled delivery practices. You will be responsible for ensuring delivery excellence, financial performance, and governance while maintaining a strong business-owner and customer-first mindset throughout the project lifecycle.
The successful candidate will manage complex Salesforce programs, protecting project margins and scaling delivery impact across the entire organization. You will be expected to communicate clearly and confidently with senior stakeholders and executives, ensuring all project goals are aligned with broader business objectives. This position requires a collaborative professional who can work effectively with Architects and Technical Leads to navigate the Salesforce delivery lifecycle without needing to perform hands-on configuration themselves.

Key Requirements
10+ years of professional experience within the IT industry.
Minimum of 5 years specifically focused on managing Salesforce projects.
Proven experience managing Salesforce implementations across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
Strong understanding of the Salesforce delivery lifecycle and industry best practices.
Ability to communicate clearly and confidently with senior stakeholders and executive leadership.
At least one Salesforce Consultant certification (Sales, Service, or Experience Cloud).
Professional Project or Agile Management Certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or CSM.
Hands-on experience with project management tools like JIRA, Azure DevOps, and MS Project.
Practical exposure to AI-enabled delivery tools such as Gemini or Notebook LM.
Willingness to travel as needed for project requirements and site visits.
Strong business acumen with a focus on project financial performance and margins.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
