The Public Procurement Appeals Authority (PPAA) is seeking a dedicated and qualified individual to serve as a Legal Officer on a volunteer basis at our Dodoma office. This role is essential in supporting the efficient handling of procurement appeals, conducting legal research, and providing substantive analysis to ensure fair and transparent proceedings. The successful candidate will work closely with the Appeals Authority members and play a key role in drafting decisions and maintaining documentation for various legal matters.

Key Requirements
Holder of a Bachelor Degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized institution.
Possession of a Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Law School of Tanzania.
Must be registered as an advocate of the High Court of Tanzania.
Must be a Tanzanian citizen aged 35 years or younger.
Must have two public servant guarantors.
Possess a confirmation letter from a Local Government Authority.
Must have a clean criminal record with no disciplinary offenses.
Strong analytical and research skills.
Proficiency in drafting legal documents and case summaries.
Willingness to perform duties under the Government Volunteers Guideline.
