CHIEF ENGINEER (DPM) @ PT INDO OCEANCREW SERVICE
An urgent opening exists for a Chief Engineer (DPM) to oversee the engine department of an AHTS vessel in Nigeria. The Chief Engineer is responsible for the operation and maintenance of all mechanical and electrical equipment on board. This includes main propulsion, auxiliary machinery, and DP maintenance systems. The join date is scheduled for May.
The position offers a daily salary of 350-400 USD. We require a candidate with significant technical expertise in AHTS machinery and DP maintenance (DPM). The job is located in Nigeria, and the successful applicant must ensure all engineering operations meet regulatory and safety standards.

Key Requirements
Chief Engineer Unlimited Certificate of Competency
DP Maintenance Certificate
Extensive experience as Chief Engineer on AHTS vessels
Fluent English skills for communication and reporting
All technical and safety documents valid for 1 year
Strong knowledge of diesel-electric and mechanical systems
Experience with planned maintenance systems (PMS)
Valid STCW engine room management certifications
Ability to troubleshoot complex machinery issues
Medical fitness for offshore engine room duties
