CLIENT SERVICING EXECUTIVE @ PRUDENT ADS
Prudent Ads is looking for a dedicated Client Servicing Executive to join our dynamic team in Noida. In this role, you will be responsible for cultivating solid relationships with clients by providing exceptional after-sales service and ensuring a positive onboarding experience for new partners. You will regularly interact with clients through various communication channels, including telephone, email, and face-to-face meetings, to ensure their needs are met and to address any concerns regarding company products. Additionally, you will be tasked with maintaining accurate records of client interactions and identifying innovative ways to enhance product satisfaction.
