Key Requirements
Grade 12 or Matric Certificate.
Relevant qualification in Sales, Business Administration, or a related field.
3 to 5 years of internal sales experience within manufacturing, construction materials, steel, or engineering industries.
Proficiency in ERP systems, with Syspro being highly advantageous.
Strong skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Proven experience in handling customer queries and resolving complaints professionally.
Knowledge of metal products, building materials, or industrial products.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and demonstrate a proactive problem-solving mindset.
