Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Transport, Port Operations, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years' experience in export, freight forwarding, shipping, or logistics operations.
Proven supervisory experience in a relevant field.
Strong knowledge of customs procedures and export documentation.
Understanding of transit operations and international shipping regulations.
Excellent leadership, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in logistics information systems and Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
Demonstrated capability to resolve operational challenges and ensure timely execution.
