STEEL & STRUCTURE SITE ENGINEER @ PRIHANERA
We are urgently seeking a dedicated Steel & Structure Site Engineer to join our team for several high-profile warehouse projects in Uganda. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing site execution, strategic planning, and the rigorous supervision of steel structures specifically for Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) projects including G+1 and G+2 warehouse configurations. You will play a critical role in ensuring that all structural elements are installed according to engineering specifications while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. The monthly salary for this position ranges from 1300 USD to 1500 USD, depending on the results of the interview process. Key Requirements
Minimum of 8 to 10 years of professional experience in steel and structure site engineering.
Extensive expertise in Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) steel structure warehouse projects.
Demonstrated experience in managing multi-level construction such as G+1 and G+2 structures.
Proven ability to lead site execution and develop comprehensive project planning schedules.
Strong background in steel structure supervision and technical quality assurance.
Willingness to relocate to Uganda and work on-site for the duration of the project.
Proficiency in interpreting complex structural drawings and architectural blueprints.
Solid understanding of international safety standards and structural integrity regulations.
Excellent leadership skills to manage diverse teams of technicians and laborers.
Strong problem-solving abilities to address structural issues during the construction phase.
