Prestige One Developments is seeking a creative and experienced Content Writer to join our dynamic team in Dubai Marina. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality content that resonates with our target audience in the luxury real estate market. Your primary duties will include writing detailed property descriptions, developing innovative marketing copy, and managing brand content across various digital platforms. You will play a crucial role in building our brand identity and engaging potential investors and buyers. Furthermore, the successful candidate will be tasked with creating engaging social media posts, informative blogs, newsletters, and effective email campaigns. You must be able to adapt your writing style to suit different platforms while maintaining a consistent brand voice. Given the competitive nature of the Dubai real estate market, we are looking for someone who can produce content that truly stands out. Key Requirements
2-3 years of professional content writing experience.
Previous experience working with a real estate developer or agency is mandatory.
A strong portfolio demonstrating success in real estate content creation.
Exceptional command of written and spoken English.
Currently based in Dubai or the UAE.
Must provide salary expectations upon application.
Capability to develop compelling property descriptions and marketing collateral.
