You will also be expected to negotiate deals, close sales effectively, and build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term business success. Staying updated on market trends and property values while managing necessary transaction documentation is essential for success in this role.
Key Requirements
Bachelor in Business Administration or any other real estates related fields
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented
Good knowledge of the local property market
Basic digital marketing or social media skills are a plus
1 Year+ experience in real estate industry
Proficiency in preparing and managing legal transaction documents
Ability to identify and engage potential property buyers and sellers
Competency in conducting professional property viewings and client consultations
