Prepam International Consultancy Company Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Travel Reservations Personnel to manage comprehensive travel arrangements including flights, accommodations, and customized tour packages. The role involves being the primary point of contact for clients, providing expert advice on travel options, pricing, and itineraries while maintaining high standards of customer service across multiple communication channels such as phone, email, and social media platforms. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with various industry partners such as airlines and hotels to ensure seamless travel experiences. Responsibilities include processing bookings, managing cancellations, and staying abreast of the latest industry trends and visa regulations. This position offers a dynamic work environment for individuals looking to advance their careers within the premier tourism sector of Tanzania.
Key Requirements
Bachelor in Tourism and Hospitality or a related field
1 Year+ experience in the Tourism and Hospitality industry
Basic computer knowledge including MS Office and email
Experience with online booking systems
Strong communication and customer service skills
Good organizational and time management abilities
Ability to process reservations, confirmations, and cancellations efficiently
Knowledge of travel trends, destinations, and visa requirements
Ability to coordinate with airlines, hotels, and travel partners
IATA certification (Added Advantage)
