Premier Casino is looking for enthusiastic and service-oriented Waiters and Waitresses to enhance our guest experience in Arusha, Tanzania. This role is crucial for delivering exceptional dining and beverage service to our valued patrons. Key responsibilities involve expertly serving food and beverages, ensuring that every guest receives outstanding customer service throughout their visit. You will be expected to maintain impeccable cleanliness and organization within all service areas, working collaboratively with the bar, kitchen, and other floor teams to ensure seamless operations and timely delivery. Promptly and professionally responding to guest requests and inquiries is also a core aspect of this position. Ideal candidates will have a background in hospitality, restaurants, or customer service, demonstrating a natural flair for guest interaction. We value individuals with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, who present a professional appearance and maintain a positive, can-do attitude.
